30-Day Easy Return Policy

At CARTPOINT, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, you can return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. We believe in radical transparency — no restocking fees, no hidden conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

1. Contact Us

Email support@cartpoint.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Get Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders).

3. Pack & Ship

Pack items securely, attach label, and drop off at any carrier location.

4. Refund Issued

Once received, we inspect and issue your refund within 5-7 business days.

Note: For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Full refund: Items returned in original condition with tags attached.
  • Partial refund: Items with minor signs of wear or missing original packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Store credit: If you prefer, we can issue a CARTPOINT gift card for the full amount + 10% bonus credit.
Processing time: Refunds appear in your account within 3-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on all eligible items.

To exchange an item:

  1. Start a return request via email and specify the new size/color.
  2. Ship back the original item (we'll cover return shipping).
  3. Once received, we ship your replacement item at no additional cost.

Exchange processing typically takes 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimates & undergarments (including swimwear bottoms)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
  • Gift cards
  • Face masks and personal care accessories

If you receive a defective item from any of these categories, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free return shipping for all orders (prepaid label provided).
  • Canada & Mexico: Flat rate $9.99 for return shipping, deducted from refund.
  • International (Rest of World): Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.

Lost packages? If your return package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier with your tracking number. CARTPOINT is not responsible for lost return packages without proof of drop-off.
